You can enjoy aquatic sports on the ocean or the nearby Nivelle river. The Basque Coastline is known as a surfing destination, but it also offers bodyboarding, ocean kayaking, kayak-surfing, paddleboard and other board sports.
And the Nivelle river (also known as the Nive) has several water sports centres where you can learn canoeing/kayaking, rafting, hydrospeeding and other thrilling aquatic sports.
